The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.

Annotation. The article discusses the issues of improving the quality of transport services for low-mobility passengers and the development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of railway station complexes. The main problems in servicing passengers with limited mobility, including at the stations of the North Caucasus Railway, have been identified. The main directions of adaptation of railway transport infrastructure facilities for low-mobility groups of the population have been developed. The necessary measures to improve the service of passengers with limited mobility have been analyzed, recommendations have been made to improve communication, and the introduction of specialized rolling stock.
