Annotation. The article develops a system of purchasing metrics that affects the effectiveness of the retail chain's business model. The relationship between inventory turnover and an effective retail business model is built. The main metrics that affect inventory turnover are highlighted. An algorithm for implementing a metric system in procurement logistics is described. The indicators of the metrics system in the Bonjour retail network are calculated. The normative indicators for each metric in the system are proposed. The effectiveness of the implementation of the developed metrics system in the purchasing activities of the Bonjour retail chain is evaluated.
