On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
Annotation. The most important feature of the transport services market in the field of transportation of perishable goods is that it is subject to the seasonality factor. When forming a fleet of insulated vehicles, the logistics operator should, on the one hand, fully provide shippers with rolling stock throughout the season, and on the other hand, if possible, avoid forced downtime of rolling stock while waiting for loading. The article offers tools for assessing and monitoring the seasonality factor in the market of transportation of perishable goods in the form of a weekly seasonal loading map.
