Article considers fundamental principles for multilateral resolution European Conference of Transport Ministers, goals and tasks of this system. Problems and the main reason faced by domestic forwarders when working with CEMT were identified in this article. The VCIOM (Russian Public Opinion Research Center) statistic according to its users was showed. The near-term prospects of working road transport companies on multilateral permits were considered. The actions need to be taken on the national level for improving the competitiveness of domestic forwarders were offered.
