International pharmaceutical company Servier moves into White Gardens Office Centre, Moscow

MOSCOW, 11 January, 2017 – JSC “Servier”, has leased 6,600 sq m in the Class A White Gardens Office Centre in Moscow. The contract represents a long-term lease. JLL advised on the transaction. The office centre is owned by Millhouse.

Servier company leased space on three levels of Building A comprising their Moscow Head Office and Training Centre.

White Gardens Office Centre is a modern, Class A facility located in the thick of Moscow’s business life, in close vicinity to Belorusskaya metro station. Buildings A and B of the complex offer a total of 105,000 sq m GBA, 63,750 sq m GLA. White Gardens Office Centre fully meets the standards of a ‘green building’ and is BREEAM certified for their use of eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies. The five-level, 960-car underground parking lot provides the best parking space to rentable area ratio in central Moscow.
