Moscow, 05 April, 2016 – JLL has announced a key appointment to strengthen its corporate leadership in the consulting services market with Vladimir Pantyushin rejoining JLL’s Russia & CIS team as Head of Research.
Vladimir is a recognised expert with 20 years’ experience in analytics and research in macroeconomics, capital markets, investment, and real estate. From 2003-2005 he headed the Research department at Rosbank and then was a Senior Economist at Renaissance Capital. From 2007-2010 Vladimir led the JLL Research team before leaving to take up the role of Chief Economist, Russia & CIS at Barclays Capital. Most recently Vladimir worked at Sberbank CIB where he spent two years as Senior Strategist.
Vladimir has received several prestigious awards and nominations. He has been voted the best economist in the Institutional Investor All Russia Research Team survey, the ‘Best Russian Real Estate Analyst’ by the Euromoney Real Estate Awards, and has been a member of the top-ranked research teams in Eleonora Surveys.
He holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from Moscow State University, a MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a PhD in Economics from Duke University.
In his new role, Vladimir will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the company’s research function, strengthening relationships with JLL core clients and raising the firm’s profile as the most experienced and professional adviser in the real estate market.
