Moscow, October 27th. Kiabi, a French clothing retailer, offers a solution enabling delivery for the customers of the Russian online shop which was launched recently. The orders may be delivered to the parcel shops of the federal network Hermes.
The brand Kiabi has been known at the Russian fashion market since 2008. Starting from the second half of 2015 the Company decided to enter the e-commerce market and launched an online shop based on the existing web-site.
“The e-commerce market analysis shows that the sales volume in the e-commerce sector in Russia is growing annually. The clothes segment is experiencing the highest growth with the purchase frequency twice as much as the average. Therefore, opening of Kiabi’s online shop meets the growing demands of the Russian market and the target audience.
With an option to pick up orders at Hermes parcel shops, we count on a considerable increase in sales volume. Parcel shops of Hermes may be found in more than 120 major cities of Russia, consequently, we take an opportunity to deliver goods to the cities where we are not present, thus increasing the volumes entering a potential market,” noted François Haimez, General Director of Kiabi in Russia.

It means that the quality of the provided delivery service is bound to be reliably high,” Tatyana Yampolskaya, General Director of Hermes Russia, commented on the start of cooperation. “Experience in management of the vast network of parcel shops and provision of services complying with the unified quality standard of Hermes Europe, a company which has been delivering and distributing orders in Germany since 1972, enable clear quality parameters for delivery services and distribution of orders in our network. That is why we are sure Kiabi customers will really enjoy picking up their orders close to their homes at our parcel shops.
