The 2nd ACEX International Conference Will Take Place in Saint Petersburg

   The 2nd international conference of the logistics alliance Associated Cargo Experts (ACEX) will take place on 5th September 2015 in the northern capital of Russia. 

   The main goal for ACEX alliance members will be mutual business development with the Russian freight forwarders and transport companies. The conference is a platform for face-to-face meetings for partners from the strongest and the most experienced transport, freight forwarding companies, representatives of cargo terminals, airlines and shipping lines. 

   The event will last full day on September 5. The business meetings will allow the participants to improve current terms of delivery, tariffs, agency network and widen the range of services for new directions in international and domestic transportations. 

The Brief Conference Agenda:

September 4: 

In the afternoon: 19.00 – Welcome cocktail at the hotel for arriving guests 

September 5: 

In the morning: 10.00

   Speakers’ presentations. Speeches of top-managers from airlines, cargo terminals, shipping lines, regional associations about special opportunities, guarantees and benefits for conference participants. 

In the afternoon: 13.00 – 18.00 

   Business face-to-face meetings between participants. 

In the evening: 19.00 Dinner and trip along the Neva under drawbridges in Saint-Petersburg. 

September 6: 

   Specially organized sightseeing tour to Peterhof park (for those who desire). This is a great opportunity to conduct informal business negotiations.

   Besides business program, the conference participants will be able to take part in the joint dinner at a comfortable restaurant on the Neva, as well as in the sightseeing tour to Peterhof Park. 

   The first Alliance Conference took place on September 2014 in Moscow and accepted more than 60 top managers of the international logistics companies from all over the world.
