Директор ООО «Агентство Маркет Гайд» и издатель журнала «ЛОГИСТИКА» Юлия Кислова посетила форум «Международный день торговли – 2024», который прошел 7 ноября 2024 г. в Москве, в Торгово-промышленной палате Российской Федерации. Основной темой форума стало международное сотрудничество и межрегиональная кооперация. Организатором форума выступила Ассоциация экспортеров и импортеров.
On January 19-21, Tablogix passed a recertification audit, which allowed extending the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for three years. Bureau Veritas Certification, the audit company, confirmed that Tablogix Quality Management System (QMS) meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
The recertification audit includes checking the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, taking into account internal and external changes, as well as demonstrating performance improvements. It is held three years after the certificate is issued.
This year, due to the pandemic, recertification took place in two stages. Thanks to the paperless technology of the company, the auditors were able to remotely check the required documentation. The second stage took place directly in warehouses with a limited number of participants. Employees were interviewed remotely as well.
The Quality Management System includes business processes and operating procedures that ensure the consistency of the quality of Tablogix warehousing services and contribute to increased customer satisfaction. ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms that Tablogix is continuously improving the quality, introducing new technologies and increasing the safety of operations.
How does work the QMS at Tablogix?
1. Process approach and risk assessment is the basis of improvements of Tablogix operations.
2. When describing the process, the emphasis is on performance, which affects customer satisfaction.
3. Tablogix quality policy ensures the involvement of staff in improving the QMS.
4. A transparent management system is achieved through the automation of business processes.
5. Corrective actions are implemented based on the analysis of the causes and using an automated system to monitor activities.
6. The key tool for improving performance is the company's self-assessment through internal audits.
As a result of the QMS recertification audit in 2021, the auditor noted that the company had successfully organized the internal space in storage areas in warehouses, and had minimized the risks of project management.
