About 40% of commercial premises in Yasniy residential complex in Moscow, located at Kashirskoye highway, 65, in 7-minute walk from the metro station "Domodedovo" were realized by CBRE, the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the retail and commercial part since the start of sales. About 1,500 sq m of 3,598 sq m in sales.

The new residential complex Yasniy consists of three residential buildings with a total area of 180,000 sq m, including a 8,000 sq m retail part on the first floor of the complex.  A shopping complex is integrated in one of the buildings. It will include: a supermarket, a wine cellar, cosmetics and perfume store, a shop for children, children's educational centre, an English language school, a yoga studio, beauty salons and a unique dining area with summer terraces. In addition to the retail part, a modern single-profile clinics will be opened on the territory of this complex/ It will also include office premises for small companies.

Among the new participants of the project are the dental studio, cosmetology, interior studios, specialized construction shops, etc.

The price for 1 sq. m in this projects starts from 165 000 rubles per sq. m. The required budget for participation in the project starts from 15 million rubles.
