CBRE is appointed exclusive leasing and sales agent for the retail and commercial part of Yasniy residential complex in Moscow

CBRE is appointed exclusive leasing and sales agent for the retail and commercial part (8,000 sq m) of Yasniy residential complex in Moscow, located at Kashirskoye highway, 65, in 7-minute walk from the metro station "Domodedovo".  The developer of this complex is MR Group, one of the leading development companies in Russia. Commissioning of the complex and opening of the retail part is scheduled for Q3 2018.

The new residential complex Yasniy consists of three residential buildings with a total area of 180,000 sq m, including a 8,000 sq m retail part on the first floor of the complex.  A shopping complex is integrated in one of the buildings. It will include: a supermarket, a wine cellar, cosmetics and perfume store, a shop for children, children's educational centre, an English language school, a yoga studio, beauty salons and a unique dining area with summer terraces. In addition to the retail part, a modern single-profile clinics will be opened on the territory of this complex/ It will also include office premises for small companies.
