The purchase of Class A and B offices in H1 2018 is amounted to 74,000 sq m, 10% of the total volume of transactions in H1 2018. In H1 2017 this figure amounted to 33,700 sq. m.

This will become a driver for strengthening the existing price expectations and their growth in the future."
