According to H1 2018 results build-to-suit projects take a significant part in Moscow office supply structure. Despite a slight decline in public sector activity in the office sales market in the first half of 2018, the activity of large companies with state participation remains high and the demand is formed by build-to-suit projects. The purchase of Class A and B offices in H1 2018 is amounted to 74,000 sq m, 10% of the total volume of transactions in H1 2018. In H1 2017 this figure amounted to 33,700 sq. m.

This will become a driver for strengthening the existing price expectations and their growth in the future."
