PepsiCo, one of the world's leading food and beverage companies, signed lease on 10,000 sq m in Sherrizone-Nord industrial park. This includes warehouse and office premises.
Cushman & Wakefield, global real estate consultancy firm, advised on the deal.
Sherrizone-Nord industrial park is located 15km away from the MKAD, 800 m away from Sheremetyevo Airport with easy access to three federal auto tracks: Leningradskoe Highway (M10), Dmitrovskoe Highway (A107) and Moscow-Saint Petersburg motorway (M11). Total area of Sherrizone-Nord makes 55,600 sq m and include industrial, warehouse and office spaces. It was constructed with the use of high-quality materials and energy-saving technologies to optimize the operational expenses
PepsiCo is the world’s largest food and beverage producer. Today it represents about 35 beverage, juice, milk products, snacks and baby food in Russia. There are about 23,000 employees working at the company’s Russian headquarters and regional offices.
