JLL has announced a key appointment in Russia & CIS. Evgeniy Bumagin was promoted to Head of Warehouse and Industrial Department.
Evgeniy has over 11 years of experience in the warehouse sector. He joined the JLL team in 2010 and has grown from a consultant to National Director. Evgeniy closed many significant deals which include the leasing and sale of warehouse spaces, advice on built-to-suit projects and sale of land plots.
His portfolio totals more than 800,000 sq m of completed projects, including deals with M.Video, Vseinstrumenti.ru, LaModa, Pernod Ricard, Gloria Jeans, DNS, large distributors and logistic companies.
Prior to joining JLL, Evgeniy worked for Espro Group of Companies where he was responsible for the implementation of the company’s projects in the warehouse sector.
Evgeniy has developed very strong leadership skills, with a deep knowledge of the warehouse and industrial market, a vast experience in all specific aspects of logistic operations and requirements from different businesses, and long-standing relationships with key market players.
Whereas Viacheslav Kholopov who headed the department earlier, left the consulting market. He has joined the leading developer and investor in the logistics and warehouse sector in Russia, Raven Russia.
