Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. MOSCOW, 11 January, 2017 – JSC “Servier”, has leased 6,600 sq m in the Class A White Gardens Office Centre in Moscow. The contract represents a long-term lease. JLL advised on the transaction. The office centre is owned by Millhouse.
Servier company leased space on three levels of Building A comprising their Moscow Head Office and Training Centre.
White Gardens Office Centre is a modern, Class A facility located in the thick of Moscow’s business life, in close vicinity to Belorusskaya metro station. Buildings A and B of the complex offer a total of 105,000 sq m GBA, 63,750 sq m GLA. White Gardens Office Centre fully meets the standards of a ‘green building’ and is BREEAM certified for their use of eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies. The five-level, 960-car underground parking lot provides the best parking space to rentable area ratio in central Moscow.
