Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. International pharmaceutical company Servier moves into White Gardens Office Centre, Moscow
MOSCOW, 11 January, 2017 – JSC “Servier”, has leased 6,600 sq m in the Class A White Gardens Office Centre in Moscow. The contract represents a long-term lease. JLL advised on the transaction. The office centre is owned by Millhouse.
Servier company leased space on three levels of Building A comprising their Moscow Head Office and Training Centre.
White Gardens Office Centre is a modern, Class A facility located in the thick of Moscow’s business life, in close vicinity to Belorusskaya metro station. Buildings A and B of the complex offer a total of 105,000 sq m GBA, 63,750 sq m GLA. White Gardens Office Centre fully meets the standards of a ‘green building’ and is BREEAM certified for their use of eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies. The five-level, 960-car underground parking lot provides the best parking space to rentable area ratio in central Moscow.
