CBRE is appointed exclusive marketing agent for sale of a B+ Class office building on 27/5, Michurinskiy avenue in Moscow, Russia
This free-standing five-storey office building totaling 4,559.3 sq m is located in the South-West of Moscow in Ramenki district, in 5-minute walk from Ramenki metro station and in close proximity to Michurinskiy avenue. The entire building is being sold.
