Dear readers! We present to your attention the third issue of the LOGISTICS journal. First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. One of the projects of R1 Development is the Druzhba industrial park network.
CBRE acted as the advisor of the 45,000 sq m warehouse lease for the largest Russian federal retail chain, X5 Retail Group, in a Class A + logistics complex " Logopark Sever-2" in the North of Moscow region.
So far this deal is the largest warehouse lease in 2017.
The warehouse will be used by Pyaterochka retail chain during 10 years. The owner of the premises, "Logopark development" is working on the implementation of multi-temperature warehousing solutions (build-to-suit scheme) in accordance with the technical specifications of the tenant.
Logopark Sever 2 is a modern class A warehouse complex with the total area of 270, 000 sq. m. The complex is located near Litvinovo village in Solnechnogorsky district of Moscow region, in close proximity to the main logistic routes: New Leningradskoye higway, Leningradskoye highway (7 km), A-107 "Betonka", Rogachevskoye highway.
The deal with X5 Retail Group is the third deal of CBRE in this logistics park. The two lease agreements for a multi-temperature warehouses with the largest food retailer "O’КЕЙ" (60,000 sq m) and DIY retailer OBI (35,000 sq m) were signed in this warehouse in 2016. Both deals were nominated for CRE Moscow Awards 2017 and “O’КЕЙ’ transaction won in the nomination "Deal of the Year. Warehouse real estate."
Anton Alyabyev, Director of Warehouse & Industrial Department, CBRE in Russia said: “X5 Retail Group continues its active development, choosing the best logistics solutions. The company has chosen "Logopark Sever -2", because this logistics park really meets all the qualities of a Class A+ warehouse complex."
