Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. According to the report in Q2 2018 overall vacancy rate continued to decline and reached 11.6%. The volume of completions remained at a low level. Based on the plans of developers, in 2018 completions volume will be 2 times lower YoY and amount to about 215,000 sq m. At the same time, net absorption in January-June 2018 amounted to 436,000 sq m. This volume is 4 times higher compared to H1 2017.
