The company Operations Management Engineering Alliance, group of companies, specializing on consulting in the field of production and operations management, has leased 574 sq. m on the first floor of a Class A office park Comcity in New Moscow. CBRE represented the owner and the developer of this business park, PPF Real Estate Russia.
The company plans to move into the new office in April 2017.
Comcity is a Class A office park totaling 107,546 sq m with underground parking and that was built to the international LEED standard. The project won a CRE Award in 2016 for the best business park in Moscow.
Comcity is located in the Southwest District of Moscow, one of the most developed and prestigious municipal districts, in an area known as New Moscow.
