Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. CBRE reports of a new tenant in Comcity office park in New Moscow
CBRE is happy to announce the first deal of the year. The company Spectrum Brands, that represents VARTA, the market-leading battery solutions producer, has leased 555,5 sq. m on the first and floor of a Class A office park Comcity in New Moscow. CBRE represented the owner and the developer of this business park, PPF Real Estate Russia.
The company plans to move into the new office in January 2017.
Comcity is a Class A office park totaling 107,546 sq m with underground parking and that was built to the international LEED standard. The project won a CRE Award in 2016 for the best business park in Moscow.
Comcity is located in the Southwest District of Moscow, one of the most developed and prestigious municipal districts, in an area known as New Moscow. It is located along the Kievskoe highway in 1.8 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) in 350 m from Rumyantsevo metro station and in 8 km from Vnukovo airport.
Comcity is a Class-A office park presenting a new concept on the Russian real estate market: “a city within a city”. It consists of high-quality office space, a shopping gallery and a built area of 45 hectares. Alpha stage (already in use) includes: 107,546 sq m of office space, 7,077 sq m of retail space (a total built-up area of 185,000 sq m), 4 buildings, 5 above-ground and 2 underground levels.
The current tenants of Comcity are the leading telecom companies, such as: Rostelecom, Systematica group of companies (GCS), Asteros, Oracle and many others. Office premises of different size are offered in Shell & Core and fitted-out condition. The vacancy today is only 20%.
