Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
CBRE is happy to announce the first deal of the year. The company Spectrum Brands, that represents VARTA, the market-leading battery solutions producer, has leased 555,5 sq. m on the first and floor of a Class A office park Comcity in New Moscow. CBRE represented the owner and the developer of this business park, PPF Real Estate Russia.
The company plans to move into the new office in January 2017.
Comcity is a Class A office park totaling 107,546 sq m with underground parking and that was built to the international LEED standard. The project won a CRE Award in 2016 for the best business park in Moscow.
Comcity is located in the Southwest District of Moscow, one of the most developed and prestigious municipal districts, in an area known as New Moscow. It is located along the Kievskoe highway in 1.8 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) in 350 m from Rumyantsevo metro station and in 8 km from Vnukovo airport.
