CBRE reports that MAN Truck & Bus has moved to the new office in Moscow
CBRE’s Office Agency team advised MAN Truck & Bus in lease deal in Moscow Russia.
The Russian branch of German MAN Truck & Bus leased 2,000 sq m in Delta Plaza business centre in the central Moscow, next to Sadovoeye Ring, located at 2 Syromyatnicheskiy per. The lease agreement is signed for 5 years.
The new office of the MAN was a "turnkey" project that was designed and made in accordance with the company’s special requirements to the external design, functionality, layout and quality of materials.
The company has already moved to its new office.
