- Andrey Petrov Joins CBRE as Business Development Director-
Moscow, 11 July 2016 – CBRE, global real estate advisor, announces new senior appointment – Andrey Petrov joins the company as Business Development Director. In his role Andrey will contribute his vast contacts and experience in real estate to further enhance company’s relationship with existing and new clients, as well as boost cross sell within business lines.
Andrey Petrov has a tremendous working experience in the Moscow commercial real estate. Throughout his 17 year real estate career Andrey has been involved in more than 100 transactions (acquisitions and leasing), consulting both Russian blue chip companies and large international corporations. He has been working with such major market players as: О1 Group, Forum Properties, ZAO Tema, Lukoil Overseas, Raiffeisen Evolution, Immofinanz Group, Alcon, VTB Capital, Hines, and many others.
Prior to CBRE, Andrey Petrov was Deputy General Director of Knight Frank Russia, where he worked for 14 years, and was responsible for managing activities of commercial departments, including investment deals structuring, carrying out investment analysis and sales of large-scale schemes.
