Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
CBRE has been recognized at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2017 in the Leasing Deal of the Year. Industrial Real Estate – over 60,000 sq m multitemperature warehouse lease by food-retailer O’KEY.
Logopark Development delivered the biggest multi-temperature build-to-suit warehouse for O’KEY (60,677 sq. m) that signed a 10-year lease contract. One of the largest food-storage facilities in Moscow region has licensed alcohol and cold storage areas, cross-docking. The project is located on fenced secured territory with separate access ways and checkpoint. The logistics centre has modern engineering systems and infrastructure and full power backup. It boasts uninterruptable 24-hour operations and corresponds to high class A+ standards. CBRE represented Logopark Development in this deal.
It is important to mention that the other two nominees in this category were the deals also closed with CBRE: lease in industrial market: DIY segment (Castorama RUS – 41,372 sq. m) and build-to-suit distribution centre for lease for BMW (34,345 sq. m).
CBRE was also recognized in Retail category. Very large shopping center. CBRE provides facility management services for Riviera - a 286,000 sq m shopping and entertainment centre in Moscow.
Riviera is a new development scheme located in the populated district of Moscow on the one of the most busy highways, the Third Transport Ring road, with the catchment area of 3.7 mln. people. The major international and Russian anchor retailers such as Auchan City, M.Video, Detskiy Mir and CINEMA PARK lease premises there. The grand opening of Riviera took place in the end of March 2016.
