Annotation. The purpose of this work is to find relevant ways for various companies to improve the efficiency of logistics systems in customer service, contributing to the development of infrastructure and increasing the attractiveness of companies in the global logistics market. The relevance of the topic is to explain by the growing need to improve the level of customer service in transport and logistics, since the transport sector is inferior to the leading industries in such matters in terms of a variety of services and customer service. The main objectives of the work are to study the logistics system of the company, to choose a way to increase its efficiency in the realities of the business in question, to evaluate their effectiveness and to assess the possibilities of implementation.
