Annotation. Against the background of the development of digital transport and logistics and the intellectualization of transport systems, the role of an integrated strategy and innovative tools for digital transformation is increasing. Problem analysis requires a revision of traditional approaches to modeling management systems based on proactivity and organizational sustainability. Organizational resilience is a vital aspect of ensuring the continued readiness of a business for the future.
