Annotation. The article examines the effects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The main directions of its integration, such as logistics planning and route automation, are considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of economic and technological advantages, as well as potential challenges associated with implementation, including the need for digital transformation and staff adaptation. Based on real-world cases, the practical value of artificial intelligence for logistics companies is demonstrated.
